It's April, which means another project from the Michael Miller Ambassador program. 
The Flourishing quilt pattern is now available!
I was thrilled when it came time to select fabrics for my April project as part of the Michael Miller Ambassador program, even more so upon discovering the Alphabits collection. I chose the Alpha Dots collection, paired with some solid options from the Cotton Couture range for my project. I love polka dots, so this collection was a perfect fit for me.
After selecting the fabrics, I had to decide on the perfect project to showcase them, which led me to the Flourishing quilt. As I worked on writing the pattern, I knew it was the ideal fit for these gorgeous fabrics. I opted to make the throw version of the pattern, and you can view the baby version of the Flourishing Quilt here.

The fabrics were a joy to work with, and they brought such beauty and vibrancy to the project. To add an extra flair to the finished project, I chose to experiment with my quilting and went with the orange peel design. It really made the fabric and design pop.
The Flourishing quilt is a beginner friendly pattern that is pleasantly quick and fast finish and comes together effortlessly. It’s one of those projects you will enjoy making again and again. Paired with the perfect fabrics, you've got yourself a stunning masterpiece.

Fabrics used for this version of the Flourishing Quilt pattern are all Michael Miller fabrics from the Alphabits Collection and Cotton Couture Solids.
Alpha Dots in Yellow, Aqua, Lime, Blue, Coral and Yellow.
Cotton Couture Solids in Shell, Mango, Raspberry, Cremsicle and Midnight.
